After evaluating several pre-built software options and finding them lacking, EHC turned to DH Digital for a bespoke solution that would integrate seamlessly with their operations and website.

Technologies Employed

Frontend / Backend: We chose Next.js 13 as our frontend framework due to its excellent performance and adaptability. It allowed us to build a highly responsive and interactive web application tailored to the needs of EHC.

Database and Authentication Infrastructure: For the platforms database and authentication needs we selected Supabase. We opted to self-host Supabase using Docker on a VPS to maintain greater control over our data and ensure enhanced security and scalability.

Deployment Platform: We deployed the application on Vercel, which is renowned for its seamless deployment capabilities and scalability. This choice ensured that the web app could handle increased traffic without compromising performance.

Overcoming Technical Challenges

The integration of diverse functionalities into a cohesive, scalable, and secure system presented several technical challenges. Our team of developers and designers worked closely with EHC to ensure each feature met their exact specifications, resulting in a user-friendly, efficient, and secure platform.
