Galor d.o.o. came to us with an ambitious goal: build an enterprise-grade AI infrastructure platform that makes document processing, semantic search, and AI agent deployment accessible through a single API. The platform needed to handle millions of documents, support Slavic languages natively, and meet strict EU data residency and GDPR compliance requirements.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the Galor team to architect and develop GAPI — their core product — from the ground up:

1. Architecture & Infrastructure: Designed a scalable, EU-hosted cloud architecture capable of processing 2M+ documents with 99.9% uptime SLA guarantees.

2. Document Processing Pipeline: Built an intelligent ingestion system supporting 40+ file formats (PDFs, Word docs, scans, spreadsheets, emails) with 98% OCR accuracy.

3. RAG Pipeline: Implemented a full retrieval-augmented generation pipeline with hybrid search (semantic + keyword), vector storage, embedding generation, and reranking.

4. Slavic Language NLP: Developed purpose-built lemmatization and morphological analysis for 15+ Slavic languages, achieving 95%+ accuracy where generic AI tools deliver only 60–70%.

5. Multi-language Web Platform: Built the marketing site and documentation in 10 languages with a modern React stack, GSAP animations, and a developer-focused experience.
